All these forest restoration efforts are swamped by world dam dynamics(wdd). When forests are set ablaze in hydrological cycle after hydrological cycle by wdd, the net effect is zero or negative. Such is the mammoth common antecedent that wdd is that we must have a time bound program of dam demolition coupled with world-wide forest restoration which are infinitely superior to dams.There is no time to lose.
