It is solved by solving state terrorism caused by the world's dams.Realise that the forces unleashed by the world's dams acting continuously together more often than not have attacked nuclear reactors. See that they caused explosions at Fukushima Daichi that fateful day _ March 11, 2011 which destroyed a spent fuel storage pool and melted three nuclear reactor cores whose whereabouts are unknown to this day(1). Your calling is to confront that kind of terrorism which involves the movement of more than ten trillion tons of earth in minutes equivalent to the force of one thousand one megaton hydrogen bomb explosions. By 2028, the Fukushima Daichi explosion is estimated to cause world infant mortality rate to exceed the birth rate of humans(2).
Your calling is nothing short of saving the world. The people of all nations must try and save the earth from this despicable threat of climate change caused by the world's dams to the extent of 92 percent. Remove the dams and carry out assisted regeneration of natural diverse forests worldwide. Look beyond your nose and think outside the black idiot box of modern civilization.
