When forests are set ablaze in hydrological cycle after hydrological cycle by wdd, the net effect is zero or negative. Such is the mammoth common antecedent that wdd is that we must have a time bound program of dam demolition coupled with world-wide forest restoration which are infinitely superior to dams.There is no time to lose. Why are forests infinitely superior to dams?
Because they do not cause earthquakes like dams do.
And they do not impose climate change like dams do when they are analogous or original forests. Modern civilization of which dams are a part is committing suicide.

Reforestation and protecting existing forests are disturbed even irreversibly by the common antecedent to such disturbances known as the phenomenon of world dam dynamics. Underground water storage by plants was not creating earthquakes. But deforestation and creation of dams heralded the Era of earthquakes every few minutes. Such surface water storages which replaced the dynamic automatic water distribution proportional to the density of dry biomass has been damaging modern civilization's infrastructure and nature by climate change.
