Intransigent virus and online sabotage- a cyber crime playing havoc

Intransigent virus plays cat and mouse through Jio Hotspot wifi/internet/ Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge

For months now for me a registered user of digital services, an evil virus, with infinite fortitude to cause harm, is making Jio Hotspot, Samsung Android smartphone Google Chrome and HP laptop windows 10 microsoft edge/windows defender dysfunctional. It is doing this by playing cat and mouse via  Jio Hotspot wifi/internet by synchronising wifi on and off with windows 10 diagnostics step by step by tracking actions continuously.  This is making the windows 10 diagnostics unable to diagnose the problem and logs the inability as such immediately. As the diagnostics comes to this conclusion the evil virus keeps the wifi meticulously on. With wifi thus on when I try to click on any website, the virus immediately switches off the wifi/internet. The loop continues ad infinitum on all the devices referred to above- the Jio Wifi hotspot, the smartphone and the HP laptop. This is my experience of Jio wifi, Google Chrome on the smartphone and Microsoft Edge/windows 10 defender on the HP laptop. Network reset is not solving the problem of the intransigent virus. Neither is shifting the hotspot to another site where access to the Jio tower is enabling better signal strength. However, with better tower signal access, it is possible to carry on my frequently interrupted work for the time being.

In such a state how do all concerned citizens expect ordinary citizens to bear the burden of non-idiot proof digitization? Especially when the service providers who normally are providing trouble free service, sometimes as in such critical situations, do not hesitate to put the burden on the user ad infinitum? Whether it is virus elimination or other forms of digital security. The security of digital services should be reformed to be idiot proof. There should be maximum degree of infallibility in forbidding the propagation of error. This burden should be borne by the entire world of providers, the governments and even users. Then it will be a willing acceptance of the responsibility for all.
