The phenomenon that confronts us daily is called modern civilization, a society of specialists. In this society across the globe, the wild man, let alone not being interested in the security and welfare of fellow human beings, is uninterested in living beings in general. Rape and murder and infact omnicide is proceeding as an epidemic across the globe across all living beings presided over by the wild persons. That is why Mahatma Gandhi warned in 1908 in his classic treatise Hind Swaraj: The West can meet the East when the West throws overboard almost the whole of modern civilization. The West can also meet the East when the East embraces modern civilization. And he continued: Given enough time modern civilization will destroy itself. The solution lies not in continuing with this suicide but to rise above this and adopt a normal civilization based on truth and small self sufficient communities. The Gita for instance shows a successful way with a little bit of trust in harmony with nature.  Respect living beings and nurturing one another live in full enjoyable employment of living energy. Let production, consumption and RETURN be the law for zero cost wasteless life.

Modern civilization must be abandoned for a process of need based production, consumption and RETURN.
I mean RETURN that can be absorbed by the earth readily so the process is wasteless. The Gita extols virtuous RETURN as action  born out of true knowledge so that the disorder created during living is converted back to a high degree of order by absorbing the negentropy made available by the earth. Thus what is returned to the earth must be in a form acceptable for the earth to continue its cycle of wasteless processes. Less than a day and a quarter before the sinking of the superyacht Bayesian on 19 August 2024, far east Russia was struck by a major 7.0 MM magnitude earthquake. The so called freak storm hit the superyacht sinking it before or by 2:30 AM UTC. These events, after similar analysis of past similar events, points to World Dam Dynamics as the root cause.

Don't waste India and her lands. Remove Dams and do assisted reverdure. You save hundred times the land used by forests to store the same amount of water as the Polavaram project.

Imagine a world where dams have all been removed and adequately covered under truly locally ecologically diverse forests analogous to the original. In such a normal civilization, ground waters are charged by the same quantity of water by forests on hundred fold less area than the Polavaram Catchment area. Thus a great amount of diverse ecology is prevented from destruction while achieving the same goals. When one builds on such despecialised vision it will be a zero cost economy with nature as the bottomline with production, consumption and RETURN as the way of living as advocated by the Gita, a timeless authorless treatise on living.

750 trees store the same amount of water as the pumped storage plant which requires 75000 trees to be killed using 2000 MW precious grid capacity. The perennial power flow through 75000 trees is 200000 MW providing groundwater recharging at the rate of  hundred times the water pumped by the storage project. The ecological community on 125 acres reproduce themselves automatically  in the rich diverse Sharavati Valley. And World Dam Dynamics will kill this paltry pump storage scheme in one or the other unpredictable hydrological years(1,2). Moral of the exercise: Do not kill the goose that is busy doing its karma in return for God in its Adhyatma,  namely the genesis and support of beings. Instead busy yourselves urgently removing the dams and carrying on with reverdure giving full enjoyable employment to all life(3).

1. WORLD DAM DYNAMICS-1
Net zero emissions OK but solves only 8% of climate change. 92 percent of climate change is caused by the World’s dams. Dams use 100 times more land for surface water storage than forests which recharge groundwaters by the same amount of water. Dams destroy ecology and have produced the American flu pandemic of 1918-1919 and the Covid19 pandemic of  2019-2023. The earthquakes in the dam era are ubiquitous and caused by dams. Dams caused the great 9.3 MM moment magnitude 2004 Andaman - Sumatra earthquake and tsunami killing 300000 people and destroyed the Naval Base at Port Blair. The world's dams also caused the permanent shutdown of the 10000 MW Kashiwasaki Kariwa nuclear Park in July 2007 and the great 9.0 MM magnitude Tohoku earthquake resulting in the  destruction and explosion on 11 March 2011  and onward of  the Fukushima Daichi nuclear Park melting three cores which could not be traced and the radioactive contamination of the Pacific Ocean and  tsunami killing 20000 people. The dams are causing climate change and every now and then cause geomorphological changes amounting to the movement of ten trillion tons of earth in minutes equivalent to one thousand one megaton hydrogen bomb explosions! Dams have made the designs of modern civilization invalid for living.
Remove the dams applying public interest science. Employ living beings in cooperatives giving full enjoyable employment to people to carry out assisted forest regeneration worldwide. The forests equitably distribute nutritious water using the infinite negentropy of the sun and the earth reuses this water in cycles of osmosis and transpiration multiple times. This does not create earthquakes but brings back the climate to normal in proportion to the density of vegetation in harmony. All the world's nations are responsible for climate change. 92 percent of climate change is due to the world's dams and ONLY 8 percent is due to ghgs.  Earthquakes are caused by the world's dams in the dam era with a frequency of three orders of magnitude fold compared to predam era. These are used as proxy to determine the world's dam content changes which determine the geomorphological changes of moving ten trillion tons of earth or more because of forces and water moments equivalent to or more than one thousand one megaton hydrogen bomb explosions. These gigantic hits by World Dam Dynamics are superposed on the local biogeography and swamp any local contributions to local extremes of rain.This is the root cause of the Wayanad multiple landslides, deaths and destruction as well as the Wayanad area extremes of rain.

A snapshot of the data generated by me on Mundakkai is shown below in Table 1.

The Impact

In 806.1223 hours during 1 July 2024 to 3 August 2024 there were 688 dam content changes worldwide resulting in the applied shear stress by dams exceeding the shear strength of Mundakkai soil of 100 kPas. Between 19^th July 1:50 h(UTC) when the world’s dams caused a 7.4 MM moment magnitude earthquake till 23 July 2024 23:55 h(UTC) there were 103 earthquakes caused by dams and the corresponding dam content changes resulted in the shear stress of Mundakkai village soil to exceed the shear strength of soil. This was the time when the landslides were observed and which  killed more than 400 people as per estimates provided in the media. Hundreds are still trapped in the mudslides.
